“Living here, on the Cerro, is like living in a small town and in the countryside at the same time.” The exhibition text, written by the group, tells what they love: the volcanoes on the horizon, the parks, the neighbors. And what they would like to change: the water shortages, the transportation, the lack of safety.
The partnership with the Museo Comunitario del Valle de Xico anchors the work in local memory: the images and stories become part of an archive kept and managed on site.
