This project grew out of the meeting between Arteviana, an artist from Maré, and mOst: making the peripheries spaces of culture, of artistic expression, and of telling their own stories.
Each image is titled and captioned by the person who took it, in their own language and their own words. The prints were first seen where they were made, on the walls of Maré.
