la cité des bulles

In the hills above Argenteuil, the children film the Cité Champagne and the people who live there: the view over the whole city, the older residents who remember the barbecues and block parties, the shops that are gone, the sheep, dreams of superpowers, and a blue whale as big as the whole housing estate.

Our first project in Argenteuil: fifteen Point of View workshops in the hills above the town, an exhibition in three spots around the neighborhood, a website, and a film.
